1. Who We Help

We support not-for-profit organisations with an annual turnover under £200,000. If your turnover is higher, we’re not the right fit - but we’d be happy to point you in the direction of other resources.

2. What We Do (and Don’t Guarantee)

The Funding Clinic offers guidance, expert advice, and helpful tools to support your funding journey. While we’re in your corner, we can’t guarantee you’ll secure funding - after all, outcomes depend on many factors.

3. Your Role

You know your organisation best. We’ll guide you - but you’re responsible for supplying accurate information, completing applications, and meeting deadlines.

4. If You Receive Funds

Congrats! 🎉 Just a reminder: use those funds as described in your grant proposal and follow any funder-specific rules. That’s all it takes to stay in good standing.

5. Not Professional Advice

Our support is general guidance - not legal, financial, or tax advice. For complex matters, we recommend consulting qualified professionals.

6. Your Privacy Matters

Everything you share with us is treated under our Privacy Policy - no unexpected data-sharing, and never sold to third parties.

7. Our Materials

Our tools, templates, and guides are ours to share during your participation. Feel free to use them - but please don’t redistribute or sell them without permission.

8. Our Liability

We aim to support you confidently, but if things don’t go as planned - like missing out on funding or a typo in an application - we can’t be held liable for indirect losses.

9. When We Might

If these Terms aren’t followed, or someone is disruptive, we may pause or end our support. We’ll try to give notice, especially if something’s gone awry.

10. Staying Current

We may update these Terms occasionally. Your continued use means you’re happy with the latest version - so it’s worth revisiting them from time to time.

11. Legal Stuff

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any legal matters will be dealt with there.
